Intensive Workshops

Rare opportunity to learn the choreography that dancers love!

Register now for the special one-week Lubovitch Winter Intensive that will take place from January 9th – 14th. Study the repertory of Lar Lubovitch at his very own alma mater, The Juilliard School in New York City. Enrollment is open but tailored to suit advanced students and professional level dancers. This one-week intensive will start with training in Modern and Ballet Technique and Body Conditioning after which each student will be taught and coached on sections of Lubovitch repertory. In addition, the workshop will include lecture demonstrations and informal feedback sessions with Lar Lubovitch and company members. As part of the intensive, all workshop participants will receive a ticket to attend a performance of the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center in February. Because of the intensive’s strong emphasis on individual attention, space is limited.

9:00 – 10:00am Body Conditioning
10:00 – 11:30am Technique
11:30 – 12:30pm Lunch
12:30 – 2:30pm Repertory
2:30 – 4:00pm Lecture Demonstrations (Tuesday & Thursday)

Fee $350 (includes tuition of $300 plus non-refundable registration fee of $50).
